Nordsøfonden has signed an agreement to sell a share of Nordsøfonden’s gas production to SEAS-NVE. The agreement runs from 1 October 2018 and until the temporary shutdown of gas export from the Tyra facilities to Denmark. The temporary shutdown is due to the Tyra redevelopment and is expected around September/October 2019.
The agreement was concluded on market terms. A sales process has been completed with a number of bids received.
SEAS-NVE trades gas in Denmark and has both private and corporate customers in all of Denmark.
